Biberach is a member of the Upper Swabian Mill Trail. Who can spot the old waterwheel on this hike? The trail follows the Riß River to Birkendorf. After a short, steep climb through the forest toward Mettenberg, take a deep breath and enjoy the unobstructed view of the northern Riß Valley. Through the Mettenberg district, you’ll hike across fields and meadows back toward Biberach.
