We run our organic restaurant out of conviction. We are committed to: 100% organic in the kitchen and cellar, regional purchasing, sustainable management and environmentally friendly energy and waste cycles. With unadulterated raw materials and craftsmanship, we create delicious taste and the best quality - guaranteed without industrial standardization. Our business has been certified organic since January 2012 and we are passionate Demeter restaurateurs.
Where do our ingredients come from?
Our food is supplied by regional and certified organic farms. For example, we source our calves from nearby Demeter farms. There they are raised in a species-appropriate manner for our organic restaurant. We are a member of the Demeter and Bioland associations and the Slow Food Germany initiative. This means fresh and top quality, as well as responsible enjoyment.
