The Ratzengraben in Biberach an der Riß is an idyllic little stream surrounded by green banks that flows through the town, serving as a natural haven for flora and fauna.
Created as early as 1363, the Ratzengraben was used for “rotzen” (scouring) flax for the weaving trade. Today, the restored stream is part of the nature trail and invites visitors to linger.
