Town museum in the Schlössle

The town museum, also known as the "Schlössle", which is built in baroque style and decorated with filigree stucco ceilings, offers a time travel through the multi-faceted history of Weingarten. Interactive displays and audio installations ensure that you can experience everything from the Guelphs to the founding of the monastery and the history of the basilica to the traditional blood ride, which still exists today, almost up close and almost with your own eyes.
